Ness Wilson

Ness Wilson leads Open Heaven Church in Loughborough, which she planted with a small group of friends 18 years ago. A wife, mother, church leader, and public speaker, Ness seeks to model how we can live wholeheartedly for Jesus in every sphere of life. She is passionate about the local church, investing in young leaders and seeing women realise just how courageous they really are.

Jimmy Dowds

Once an electrical craftsman in the Royal Navy, Jimmy Dowds now leads The Vine Church in Dunfermline and has become a ‘leader of leaders’ in the UK and across the globe. He has shared with us at Frontline before, always in his energetic & humorous style, but he now has several new chapters to add to his story since his last visit. He has a radical passion to see you - God’s people - advance the kingdom in the unique places where God has planted you.

Michelle Pyman

Dr Michelle Pyman is a leadership consultant and coach who works with businesses, charities, churches and ministries to see their leaders developed and their teams working more effectively. Michelle is passionate about the local church and believes wholeheartedly that it is the church that is the hope of the world. Michelle is particularly passionate about seeing God's daughters walking in freedom, living abundantly and released into all that God has for them.

Laura Neilson

Laura Neilson moved into an inner city estate in Manchester at the age of 18. Twelve years on, she is still there building church and bringing about community change. Along the way she has married, had three boys and set up a social enterprise delivering NHS funded GP services to 20,000 patients in some of the most deprived areas of the city. Believing in a gospel that brings justice and hope and trusting in a God that delivers daily miracles she has the previledge of leading a group passionate professions breaking addiction, family breakdown and poor health. She is also a full time medical student and is hoping to graduate in July and start her first post as a junior doctor!

Frontline Pastors

Leading Unique 2012 will of course be our own Frontline Pastors, Julie Connolly and Jenny Harding. But in case you don't come to Frontline, you can read a bit of their stories now...

Julie Connolly

As well as co-leading the church, Julie started Frontline's ministry with street sex workers about four years ago. This was prompted by a call from God to reach out more and connect with the pain and brokeness of these women in our city. A great preacher, Julie will be sharing some stories with us at Unique, personal experiences of God's working, both in Streetwise and in her own life. Julie is married to Dave and together they have three grown up children.

Jenny Harding

Jenny has a passion to see strong marriages and families, both inside and outside of the church. At Frontline she's been involved in our Marriage, Parenting and Divorce Recovery courses in recent years, as well as serving as a volunteer at the Foodbank. This led Jenny to start up a new breakfast venture this year, which aims to feed and connect with hungry people in Liverpool as well as forming a place of community in the church. Together Jen and her husband Nic have four grown up daughters and five grandchildren.

Unique only happens every 2 years, so don't miss out! We hope to see you on the 18th & 19th May 2012.
