Job Role: Reception
Volunteers in: Healing Rooms / Prayer team
If you visit Frontline in the week you will see me working in Reception, greeting visitors, answering the phone, giving information and generally being a welcoming face to anyone who comes to the building. My hope is that peoples' first contact with Frontline through Reception will be one that makes them feel that it is a good place to be. I do some additional administrative work for the church and like things to be tidy and well organised!
I was until recently a cell group leader and am now involved in a Tuesday prayer group and Healing Rooms. I am also doing a counselling course.
I live with my husband Ken, daughter Rachel and a hamster called Foxxy. I also have another daughter Sarah, who is working with a church in South Africa. Before working at Frontline I was a primary school teacher. I love travelling and plan to visit as many countries as I can. I also like to read, get out into the countryside, be creative and learn new things (oh and I have a not-so-secret ambition to own a VW campervan!)
