Children's church

SUNDAYS During term time:

At the Family Service on Sundays we run the following age-specific activity groups, known as 'Kids Zone':

Twinkles (small creche), Explorers (large creche) & Sparklers (preschool & reception children) - doors open at 10.45 am. Sessions finish at 12 noon.

All Stars: doors open at 10.25 am and finish at 12 noon. You can choose to keep your children with you for worship at the start of the main church service if you wish. 

If you are new, please register your child when they go to their group for the first time (it won't take long!)

If your child regularly attends a Kids Zone group, you'll be on the rota* to help out on certain Sundays. You can download this term's rota from the downloads section on the right of this page.

for parents with babies

If you wish to  breastfeed, or if your child is crying during the church service, there is a live stream of the service on the TV in the parents room , so you won't have to miss out on church! (The Parents Room is in room 3, next to the small creche). There are comfy chairs and drinks facilities for you to enjoy in this room as well.

Baby changing facilities are available in the disabled toilet (ask a steward if you need directions)

children in secondary school?

There are youth workshops for 11-14 year olds in the Family Service each Sunday. For more information about this and other youth activities, please see the Youth page. 

OTHER KIDS ACTIVITIES

On weekdays, we run parent and baby/toddler groups: Sticky Faces on Mondays and Sticky Fingers on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

We also run regular Parenting Courses and other activities for families with young children. Please see the Events Calendar for upcoming events.
