Prayer

We are a God-led and God-seeking church, so it makes sense for us to constantly look at new, inspiring and creative ways to mobilise and resource our church members to pray.

Here are some of the things we do:

Prayer bulletins

Every week prayer bulletins are emailed or sent to church members who have signed up to receive them. They cover the activities of specific church departments, issues in the news, personal prayer points from church members, as well as the prayer needs of our overseas workers.

To sign up, visit the Without Walls website.

Open Heaven

For one week each term, a room in the church building is transformed into a creative prayer room, which stays open around the clock. Church members or groups book slots to come and seek out God for our city, country and other nations, and to pray over the specific issues or themes of the week.

All church prayer meetings

These monthly meetings are a chance for the whole church to unite together in prayer and form part of our Open Heaven prayer weeks. Fasting is encouraged in some form during these weeks.

Sacred Space

This is our dedicated and permament space for prayer in the building, so named because every great man and woman of God had a 'Sacred Space'. This is for all staff and members of Frontline to use and is open between 9-4 each working day. There's no need to book - simply sign in at reception.

Fasting

We encourage the Biblical practice of fasting, undertaken prayerfully and wisely. Take a look at our free teaching and resources on prayer and fasting to find out more:
