Leadership

Frontline is a church that believes strongly in unity and partnership, which is why we have the slightly unconventional set-up of being led by two senior pastors, who are also part of an overall leadership team of six people – the Vision Team. 

Meet the Pastors:

Dave (Senior Pastor) & Julie Connolly 

Both born-and-bred scousers, Dave and Julie have been in church leadership for the last 25 years. They have three grown up children (and now two shi-tzu puppies!)  

In all they do, Dave and Julie long to see believers understand the authority they have as they live in God’s Word. They long for each believer to discover their own unique call and destiny and find out how that fits in to the body of Christ. The message of their ministry is “You can do it; we believe in you, you are not alone!”

Nic (Senior Pastor) & Jenny Harding

Having had his own general practice until 1986, Nic left medicine to pursue his call to full-time Christian ministry. Nic and Jenny moved to Liverpool in 1991 to plant a church, which started with 12 people who met in their front room. They have a real love for family and have four daughters and two beautiful grandchildren.  

They passionately believe that the local church is the most powerful and effective means of communicating the gospel and delivering ongoing discipleship to every man woman and child in this city, nation and beyond. They have committed the rest of their lives to see the transformation of the city of Liverpool.

Dan & Bel Reynolds

Dan and Bel came to Liverpool in 1992 as university students became committed members of the church straight away. They were married in 1994 and have one young son.

Among other responsibilities, Dan and Bel oversee Frontline’s student work and lead our Sunday evening services. In 2004 they joined the Vision Team to work with Dave, Julie, Nic and Jen in leading the church.
